Student’s permanent records are located in 1001 Bondurant Hall. You are welcome to view your folder during office hours which are 8-5. We do ask that you make an appointment with a member of the Registrar Team if you would like to view the entire file. You will find the following information in your folder. School of Medicine Official Transcript (only if you matriculated BEFORE the Fall of 2014. Anyone who matriculated in the Fall of 2014 or later will need to order an official transcript from the main campus Registrar.), MSPE/Dean’s Letter, 1st year evaluations, 2nd year evaluations, 3rd year evaluations, 4th year evaluations, all correspondence, your application packet to medical school. You can have a copy of anything that is in your folder by filling out a consent form. Please note some items may require a fee such as the official transcript and MSPE/Dean’s Letter. We allow a 3-5 day turn around time. If there are any stops/holds on a student’s account, then the requests cannot be processed until the stops/holds are removed.
