Accessibility Resources, Testing Accommodations & the Learning Center

Accommodations at the School of Medicine

The School of Medicine works with Accessibility Resources and Services (ARS) in order to provide appropriate classroom and testing accommodations.  To obtain accommodations, documentation of disability must be submitted to ARS.  See the ARS website for details regarding documentation requirements.  ARS will review documentation and contact you regarding your request for accommodations and the SOM liaison, Dr. Valerie Glassman, Senior Director for Student Affairs, if accommodations have been approved.  Students are invited to contact Dr. Valerie Glassman () to discuss confidential self-identification at the School of Medicine, the process for requesting and implementing accommodations, and any other accommodation or disability questions or concerns.

The Learning Center

MD program students are encouraged to use the resources offered at the Learning Center, including one-on-one academic coaching, peer tutoring, study workshops, and online tools.
