The OoR provides support for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Startup packages for new faculty hires<\/li>\n<li>Retention packages for current faculty<\/li>\n<li>Core Research Facilities<\/li>\n<li>Applications for new research equipment and training grants.<\/li>\n<li>Conflict of Interest Reviews<\/li>\n<li>Facility Use Agreement Reviews<\/li>\n<li>Bridge Funding Application Reviews<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Office facilitates the work of the Vice Dean for Research, Blossom Damania, PhD. To accomplish the mission of the OoR, Dr. Damania works with a team of people who work collaboratively to enhance research infrastructure both at the School and the institution.
