We utilize cutting-edge multi-omics technologies, advanced in vitro cell culture systems, and cartilage explant models to explore the mechanisms underlying OA pathogenesis. A major focus of our work is investigating the role of noncoding RNAs in human musculoskeletal tissues, with the goal of uncovering the signaling pathways and gene networks they influence.
