Many, but not all (such as x-ray images), medical records are available to view through My UNC Chart.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.43em;\">A <a class=\"external-link\" title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.uncmedicalcenter.org\/uncmc\/patients-visitors\/medical-records\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">request for a CD copy of medical digital imaging<\/a> can be made through UNC Imaging Support (phone: 919-966-3280; fax: 919-966-4990). The form at the link should be completed and faxed to 919-966-4990.An <\/span><a class=\"external-link\" style=\"line-height: 1.43em;\" title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.unchealthcare.org\/site\/healthpatientcare\/medinfomgmt\/RecordsReq.htm\/\" target=\"_self\">official request for medical records<\/a><span style=\"line-height: 1.43em;\"> can be made through the UNC Medical Information Management Department.
