She has been nationally recognized as the Chair of the Inpatient, Residential and Partial Hospitalization Committee of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (AACAP), and has held leadership roles in the North Carolina Council of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (NCCCAP), including serving as its President from 2010-12. Dr. Malloy\u2019s passion for teaching has involved her in a number of roles in the University North Carolina School of Medicine in curriculum development and leadership as well as student advising.
