This\u202ftraining\u202fwill introduce the concept of psychological safety and how it is connected to fostering inclusion and effective teams. During this training, we will also share strategies\/tools for facilitating and navigating challenging social and cultural issues and reinforcing supportive work and learning environments.<\/p>\n

The\u202ftraining\u202fwill require active participation, so please request that attendees be prepared to engage with the content. In addition to faculty, we encourage you to invite any interested staff, trainees, or students in your department.\u202fAs in previous years, if a faculty member is unable to attend their department\u2019s\u202ftraining, they can reach out to Makayla King to see if they might be able to attend another department\u2019s\u202ftraining.<\/p>\n
