Research Interests
My research interests are in the application of cellular and molecular assays to enhance diagnosis of immunologic disorders. As the Associated Director of the Clinical Flow Cytometry, HLA, and Immunology Laboratories for UNC Hospitals, I am interested in combined use of flow cytometry and molecular technology to improve clinical genetic assays. In addition, I am interested in the use of next-generation sequencing to assess patient outcomes following bone marrow transplantation.
