Research Interests<\/h2>\n

My research interests are in hematopathology and medical education. I am collaborating with NIEHS on a project studying the association between environmental and occupational exposures and the incidence of the t(14;18) in non-Hodgkin\u2019s lymphomas. We are evaluating archival samples of lymphoma for molecular alterations and correlating these data with exposure history.<\/p>\n

I am also collaborating with our Office of Educational Development on several projects focused on improving and evaluating the effectiveness of medical education, including studying the outcomes of students enrolled in alternative curricula, and evaluating gender differences in medical student performance.<\/p>\n
