I\u2019m the Medical Director of Community-based Palliative Care at Transitions LifeCare and am thrilled to lead the long-term care rotation for the UNC Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship. Our robust community-based palliative care program is very unique, so I\u2019m always excited to share that with our fellows! Working with our fellows, learning from them, and seeing them grow is one of my favorite parts of my job. I live in Durham with my wife Lindsay, our two daughters Olivia (5) and Luna (3), and our miniature schnauzer Ringo. Outside of work, I love exploring craft beer, homebrewing, listening to and studying hip hop, cooking, reading, doing Peloton work outs, stressing out over my hometown Boston professional sports teams and University of Michigan collegiate teams, and going on local adventures with our family.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
