Recipient Upload to DHHS
Our full list of identified Phase 1A Recipients has been sent to DHHS; we are uncertain exactly when they will conduct the mass upload that will begin triggering emails to our colleagues, but those should begin to be delivered sometime this weekend.
Internal Communications
In the meantime, our Communications Team has scheduled emails to begin going out early tomorrow morning to those who were uploaded. The email contains information on what messages they can expect to receive from DHHS, what steps they need to take to enroll in the COVID-19 Vaccine Management System (CVMS) and the overall process. We have tried to time everything so that our colleagues will receive this message prior to the DHHS messages hitting their inboxes, to hopefully prevent some confusion. The message will go out in English and Spanish.
