The Muenzer MPS Research & Treatment Center<\/span><\/span> is proud to formally announce that there will be an MPS Awareness Day recognized in partnership with University of North Carolina Tar Heels baseball<\/span><\/span> during the home baseball game as UNC takes on High Point University.on Tuesday, April 21.<\/p>\n

This special MPS Awareness Day event will take place at Boshamer Stadium<\/span><\/span> and is dedicated to increasing awareness of the\"MPS mucopolysaccharidoses (MPS)\u2014a group of rare, inherited metabolic disorders\u2014while honoring the patients, families, clinicians, and researchers who are part of the MPS community.<\/p>\n

Throughout the game, MPS Awareness Day will spotlight the ongoing research, clinical care, and advocacy efforts led by the Muenzer MPS Research & Treatment Center at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill<\/span><\/span>. The event reflects the Center\u2019s continued commitment to advancing understanding, improving care, and supporting individuals and families affected by MPS.<\/p>\n
