About
Dr. Kasow is a physician-scientist specializing in the field of Pediatric Hematology and Oncology. She is also the Director of the Pediatric Bone Marrow Transplant Program. She also serves as the Bone Marrow Transplant and Cellular Therapy Program’s Marrow Collection Medical Director and the Associate Director of Quality Initiatives.
Dr. Kasow’s clinical research interest is hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT) for sickle cell disease and late effects following HCT. She in the Principal Investigator of a multi-center study evaluating the safety and efficacy of using a reduced intensity conditioning regimen in children with varying severity and genotype who are receiving a matched sibling donor bone marrow transplant.
