The mission of the Carolina For The Kids Foundation is to provide major emotional, medical, and financial support for the patients and families served by UNC Children's Hospital. We want to recognize individuals on UNC Children's Hospital Staff that embody this mission through their work. Please use the form to nominate physicians, nurses, and other staff members who you believe deserve recognition for going above and beyond for the families they serve. Three awards will be presented, one to each of a physician, nurse, and auxiliary staff member, at the 21st Annual Benefit Reception, a silent and live auction held on February 11th, 2023 from 7:00-10:00pm at the Carolina Inn and streamed for virtual attendees.
