We are proud of the Pediatric Specialty Care Team and entire Sedation Service for their commitment to providing quality sedation care for pediatric patients.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background: white\">The four-year center of excellence designation term runs from May 1, 2022 &#8211; April 30, 2026. The UNC Children&#8217;s Hospital logo will be posted on the Society of Pediatric Sedation website on May 1, 2022.\u00a0 Currently, there are only 10 designated Centers of Excellence in Pediatric Sedation in the United States.\u00a0<\/span>Congratulations!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Society for Pediatric Sedation recently announced that UNC Children\u2019s Hospital has  earned the designation of Center of Excellence in Pediatric Sedation.
