Sydney Stryker, NNP, joined the Pediatric Division of Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine on October 3, 2024. Sydney began her nursing career in 2018 in the NICU at Inova Fairfax Hospital in Northern Virginia. With a strong passion for caring for the ELBW population, she was one of the first RNs to help open their Small Baby Unit in 2020. After three years at the bedside, she decided to further her education by enrolling in the University of Virginia’s NNP program and graduated in May 2024.
