Since 1997, Carolina For The Kids has raised over $7 million for the patients and families of the UNC Children&#8217;s Hospital. Donations help cover a variety of things ranging from meals for parents staying with their children, to play spaces and hospital renovations, and even research grants.<\/p>\n<p>Each year Carolina For The Kids opens up a poll among the nurses, doctors, and medical personal within UNC Children&#8217;s Hospital to award them at our benefit in the spring.
