Lauren Burianek, who was studying under Dr. Ken Harden, and Leanna Gentry, who was studying under Dr. Gary Johnson presented their summer research projects on July 29, 2009.

The title of Lauren Burianek’s research project was “PLCg2 augments RhoG-promoted inositol lipid hydrolysis.” She is a B.S. student in the UNC-CH Chemistry Department (Biochemistry) and expects to graduate in May 2010.

Leanna Gentry’s research project was titled “Characterization of Phosphorylated MEKK2 Using Mass Spectrometry.” Leanna is a B.S. student in the UNC-CH Chemistry Department, and also expects to graduate in May, 2010. Congratulations to both on great presentations!
