Dr. Graboski successfully defending her thesis, “Characterization and Inhibition of Gut Microbial Tryptophanase and its Implications in Chronic Kidney Disease” under the guidance of Professor Matt Redinbo on September 21.

Dr. Graboski has accepted a scientist position in Boston at Scorpion Therapeutics in their Protein and Structural Sciences division. In this role she will collaborate with computational and medicinal chemists to identify druggable protein regions, make and co-crystallize these proteins, and inform drug design using structural data.

Awards & Highlights

Merck/Women Chemists Committee (WCC) Research Award, 2/23/2023  The award provides a stipend for travel expenses to the ACS Symposium in San Francisco this fall where she will present her research.
