\nHenrik is the Sanford Steelman Distinguished
\nProfessor and Chair of Pharmacology<\/a>. Henrik received his PhD with 2012 Nobel Laureate Bob Lefkowitz<\/a> at a nearby rival university<\/a>, then did postdoc training with Jeremy Thorner<\/a> at UC Berkeley<\/a>, and in 1993 became professor of pharmacology at Yale University<\/a> before relocating to UNC in 2001.

Harris is from North Carolina and studied math and biology as an undergraduate here at UNC. Now, he is a graduate student in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology working on designing protein agonists and antagonists for G proteins. He likes Python, but loves MATLAB.<\/div>\n
