Kenan Distinguished Professor\nDepartment of Pharmacology\nLineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center\nUniversity of North Carolina at Chapel Hill \nEvent Description: Dr. Channing Der has made seminal contributions to the RAS field beginning with his discovery of activated RAS oncogenes in human cancers. This half-day symposium will highlight recent advances in RAS signaling and targeted therapeutics. \nInvited keynote speakers include Andrew J. Aguirre MD\, PhD (Harvard Medical School / Dana-Farber Cancer Institute)\, David S. Hong\, MD (MD Anderson Cancer Center)\, and Mallika Singh\, PhD (Revolution Medicines). \nAdditionally\, Der Lab alumni talks will be delivered by Tikvah K. Hayes\, PhD (University of California\, Los Angeles)\, Kirsten L. Bryant\, PhD (University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill)\, and Clint A.
