Registration of <\/b>GaMD Workshop 2024<\/b><\/h2>\n

We are pleased to announce the Gaussian accelerated Molecular Dynamics (GaMD)<\/span><\/a> workshop that will be held on Monday Oct 28, 2024 at University of North Carolina (UNC), Chapel Hill<\/span><\/a>. The workshop is supported by the Department of Pharmacology,<\/span><\/a>\u00a0Computational Medicine Program<\/span><\/a> and Research Computing<\/span><\/a> at UNC. It is designed for all students and researchers in Computational Chemistry, Biophysics and Biomedicine in the areas of Molecular Dynamics, Enhanced Sampling and Drug Design. The covered topics will include the latest developments and advanced application studies of the GaMD methodology.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The workshop will consist of a number of invited talks in the morning and \u201chands-on\u201d tutorial sessions of different GaMD algorithms in the afternoon. Confirmed speakers include:<\/span><\/p>\n

Prof. Ramon Alain Miranda Quintana, University of Florida<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cHands-on\u201d tutorial sessions will be given about step-by-step guided usage of the dual-boost GaMD, Ligand GaMD (LiGaMD), Peptide GaMD (Pep-GaMD), and Protein-Protein Interaction – GaMD (PPI-GaMD), etc.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
