You will need two letters of recommendation.<\/li>\n<li>Your current cumulative GPA.<\/li>\n<li>An electronic copy of your transcript to upload (unofficial is fine).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>If you are not a U.S. Citizen<\/h2>\n<p>You will need electronic copies of the following documents, depending on what type of VISA you have.<br \/>\n<strong><em>Current UNC students who are not U.S. citizens are <u>exempt<\/u> from this requirement.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Passport (front and back)<\/li>\n<li>VISA<\/li>\n<li>I-94<\/li>\n<li>I-20 (F-1 students only)<\/li>\n<li>EAD card (F-1 OPT students only)<\/li>\n<li>DS-2019 form (J-1 students only)<\/li>\n<li>Letter from your sponsor (J-1 students only) granting authorization to work in U.S.<\/li>\n<li>If you have a VISA other than F-1 or J-1, please contact us prior to application so you will know what documents to provide.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>**Please be sure you have all your documents ready to upload when applying.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Online application information Only online applications are accepted.
