All About Dr. Baker!

Taylor is originally from Plano, TX but since graduating high school has since lived in a variety of locations including two years in the rainforests of Peru. He attended Brigham Young University where he received a degree in Physiology and Developmental Biology and minor in Spanish. After college, he worked as a bilingual personal concierge for a year before starting medical school at Touro University Nevada. He has interests in the areas of sports medicine and interventional spine. In his free time Taylor enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 active boys exploring the many outdoor activities in the Triangle, watching all sports (All Dallas professional teams and BYU sports) and watching Disney movies.

Hobbies: Playing basketball, board games, and watching Dallas sports.

Favorite part of the program: The supportive family friendly environment, good preparation during intern year for physiatry and early exposure to pain/interventional spine.

Favorite parts of living in the Triangle: Excited to have four seasons again after living in the desert for the medical school, have quick access to fun outdoor activities, and for easy trips to the mountains and beach with tons to explore for entertainment and dining.
