We will revisit the body scan and talk about different challenges and insights as a group. We will also take some time to discuss healthy sleep patterns and the idea of self-responsibility in developing positive health behaviors.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.med.unc.edu\/phyrehab\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/549\/2023\/01\/Session-3.pdf\">Session 3 Participant Manual<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h4><strong>Daily Life Practice<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Write down 3 things that you are grateful for in a journal.<\/li>\n<li>Pick out a food label to bring for the next session.<\/li>\n<li>Pack comfortable clothing for yoga next session.<\/li>\n<li>Bring mindfulness to your routine activities.
