The selected proposals demonstrated a commitment to improving patient care and strengthening the health care system\u2014by meeting the mission of the UNC Center for Health Innovation.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"800\" data-end=\"846\">The interdisciplinary project will be led by:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"847\" data-end=\"1173\">\n<li data-start=\"847\" data-end=\"939\">\n<p data-start=\"849\" data-end=\"939\">Principal Investigator: Rachelle Alpern, MBA, MHA (UNC Health Advanced Care at Home)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"940\" data-end=\"1173\">\n<p data-start=\"942\" data-end=\"975\">Co-Principal Investigators:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"979\" data-end=\"1173\">\n<li data-start=\"979\" data-end=\"1028\">\n<p data-start=\"981\" data-end=\"1028\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.med.unc.edu\/phyrehab\/directory\/janet-bettger-scd-ms-faha\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Janet Prvu Bettger, ScD, MSc, FAHA<\/a> (UNC PM&amp;R)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1032\" data-end=\"1091\">\n<p data-start=\"1034\" data-end=\"1091\">Brian Trabulsi, MPT, COMT (UNC Health Therapy Services)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1095\" data-end=\"1173\">\n<p data-start=\"1097\" data-end=\"1173\">Dierdra Ricks (UNC Health Acute Care and Hospital-Based Outpatient Services)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1175\" data-end=\"1370\">Congratulations to the entire team on this achievement!
