Plastic Surgery welcomes our two incoming residents in July 2013: Dr. Patrick Mannal is completed his general surgery residency at the University of Vermont in Burlington, VT after receiving his medical degree from Albany University. Amita Shah, MD, PhD, joins us after completing her surgical residency at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center in San Antonio, where she received her medical degree and also completed a PhD in Biomedical Engineering.
