Social/Clinical Research Assistant

Daniel Torres is a post-baccalaureate student from UNC Greensboro. Daniel received his undergraduate B.A. degrees in Psychology and Spanish from Appalachian State University. His future career plans includes becoming a Certified Genetic Counselor.

Currently, Daniel is a Social/Clinical Research Assistant at the UNC School of Medicine in the Department of Genetics. In this role, Daniel is working as the Clinical Research Board (CRB) Coordinator in the Age-Based Genomics Screening (ABGS) project and the Coordinator for the Stakeholder Partnership Work Group (SPWG) and FDA Regulation Work Group (FDAWG) in ClinGen.
