Data are acquired in both positive and negative ionization modes to maximize metabolome coverage. Peak areas are reported for both known metabolites and unknown features, with compound annotation supported by spectral library matching.<\/p>\n<h2><h2 class=\"www-somHeader\">Targeted LC-MS Analysis of Glycolysis and TCA Cycle Metabolites<\/h2><\/h2>\n<p>This service provides quantitative profiling of 18 metabolites involved in glycolysis and the tricarboxylic acid (TCA) cycle, two central pathways in cellular energy metabolism. Samples are analyzed using high-resolution liquid chromatography\u2013mass spectrometry (LC-MS) to enable sensitive, reproducible detection.<\/p>\n<h2><h2 class=\"www-somHeader\">Custom Metabolite Panels<\/h2><\/h2>\n<p>We offer custom targeted metabolomics panels tailored to your research needs, using both LC-MS and capillary electrophoresis\u2013mass spectrometry (CE-MS) platforms.
