Self‐compassion training for certified nurse assistants in nursing homes

Self-compassion training programs were taught to certified nurse assistants at the nursing home where they were employed. The programs were shown to be feasible and acceptable, and stress and depression improved significantly post-program, and therefore show promise for managing stress and improving wellbeing and compassion toward residents.
