The Academic Career Leadership Academy in Medicine (ACCLAIM), developed by Drs. Amelia Drake and Paul Godley in collaboration with the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health, is a cross-disciplinary leadership program for faculty.  The program aims to address concerns that leadership development opportunities for female and under-represented minority (URM) faculty have been previously limited.
