This group focuses on learning and/or increasing skills for anxiety reduction and management, mindfulness or relaxation strategies and other resiliency practices for living in the moment.
Virtual group session hosted by the UNC Farm at Penny Lane.
Weekly on Wednesday from 1-2pm
