This group focuses on learning and/or increasing skills for anxiety reduction and management, mindfulness or relaxation strategies and other resiliency practices for living in the moment.
Remote/Virtual group session hosted by the UNC Farm at Penny Lane.
Weekly on Wednesday from 1-2pm
