Center's Fifth Annual No Limits Gala features dinner, music and auctions

Mark your calendar for Nov. 1, 2018 to celebrate the UNC Center for Excellence in Community Mental Health's Fifth Annual No Limits Gala fundraiser at the George Watts Hill Alumni Center on the UNC Chapel Hill campus.

The Gala festivities are set for 6:30–9:15 p.m. The evening begins with a reception, music, and a silent auction followed by dinner and a live auction. Additionally, the Center’s Community Mental Health Advocacy Award will be presented to an individual (s) who has worked tirelessly to lead the community in improving mental health through education and advocacy.

Proceeds from the fundraiser will benefit Center programs.

The Center serves individuals with serious mental illness at clinic/program locations in Orange, Wake and Chatham counties and provides care for individuals in the community24/7 through its two highly-regarded Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Teams. The Center provided 30,480 visits,including clinics, ACT Team services, and other programs to approximately 1,600 individuals in 39  North Carolina counties in FY 2017.
