Assisting individuals to steer their own recovery

The Center offers programming and opportunities for our patients and others in the community that reinforces and complement the recovery and rehabilitation efforts of our other community-based services. Recovery activities can touch on many, if not all, areas of an individual’s life.

Many individuals benefit from meaningful activities that explore their talent or interest. Activities provide people with a healthy outlet and a way to express themselves whether through art, pottery, photography, movement, gardening, music or some other interest such as dog training, can be an invaluable key to recovery and rehabilitation.

The Center is committed to assisting individuals with steering their own recovery process and finding ways to enhance their daily lives through meaningful activities that promote healthy living and strategies to manage the symptoms of their mental illness.
