Throughout her career, she has worked in various roles, from Residential Counselor to Case Manager, ultimately finding her passion as an Employment Specialist. For 15 years, Erin served as an Employment Specialist at WellPower in Denver, CO where she was introduced to the transformative Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model. She strongly believes in the power of employment as a crucial part of recovery and is especially passionate about the IPS principle that anyone who chooses to work can do so. Erin is eager to share her expertise in integrating IPS into practice and supporting others on this journey.
