Staff and faculty from two Center programs presented October 7-8 at the annual NAMI North Carolina State-wide Conference held at the Sheraton Raleigh Hotel.<\/p>\n

The Center\u2019s Grayson Bowen, MFA, coordinator of the UNC Brushes with Life Arts Program and Kate Kryder, co-curricular leadership development program coordinator at the Carolina Union, presented “Healing Arts as a Practice in Mindfulness and Recovery.”<\/p>\n

Center and The Foundation of Hope collaborate for \u201cPasta with Purpose\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n

On July 26, friends of the Center and the Foundation of Hope for Research and Treatment of Mental Illness gathered at the Carolina Club for great pasta and conversations. Sponsored by the Club, Pasta with Purpose raised more than $1,000. A special thanks to the Carolina Club!<\/p>\n
