All skill levels are encouraged.<\/p>\n<p>Date: Every Tuesday (ongoing)<\/p>\n<p>Time: 10:30am \u2013 12:00pm<\/p>\n<p>Location: Virtual via Zoom<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Activities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Weekly group-based activities focused around promoting overall health and well-being for adults living with serious mental health conditions who are served by the UNC Center for Excellence in Community Mental Health. Many groups are open and run throughout the year, unless stated otherwise. Please note those with seasonal start-end dates.
