Summary Statement:

Dr. Van Bourgondien is the Clinical Director of the Chapel Hill TEACCH Center. The Chapel Hill TEACCH Center is one of the 7 TEACCH Autism Centers located around the state of North Carolina providing diagnosis and assessments for children, adolescents and adults with autism. The Center also provides parent training sessions, parent support groups, social skill training groups, and consultation to preschools, schools, vocational and residential treatment programs that serves children and adults with autism. The Chapel Hill TEACCH Center serves families who live in Alamance, Caswell, Chatham, Durham, Franklin, Granville, Johnston, Orange, Person, Vance, Wake and Warren Counites. Dr Van Bourgondien along with the Center staff members provide a variety of workshops for parents and professionals who work with individuals with autism spectrum disorders.
