Clinicians are encourages to supplement these recommendations with other domains not specific to voice hearing from the CBT Roadmap &#8211; Early in Treatment guide; for example, materials relevant to goal setting could be tailored to voice hearing.<\/p>\n<div class=\"bs-callout bs-callout-default\">\n<h2><a href=\"https:\/\/www.med.unc.edu\/psych\/epi-nc\/delusions-roadmap\/\">Delusions<\/a><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<p>This outline provides a roadmap for treatment of delusions within a CBT framework. The roadmap provided direction in the following areas: Assessment, Engagement and Psychoeducation, Cognitive-Behavioral Techniques, and Third-Wave Techniques.<\/p>\n<div class=\"bs-callout bs-callout-default\">\n<h2><a href=\"https:\/\/www.med.unc.edu\/psych\/epi-nc\/early-in-treatment-roadmap\/\">Early in Treatment<\/a><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<p>This outline provides a roadmap for the early stages of CBTp. The roadmap provides direction in the following areas: Engagement, Assessment, Psychoeducation, Goal Setting, and Case Formation. Under each section, we list publicly available resources to assist with this early stage of treatment. These resources include the Individual Resiliency Training (IRT) manual, the NIMH Core Assessment Battery from the Early Psychosis Intervention Network (CAB-EPINET), and the PhenX Toolkit.<\/p>\n<div class=\"bs-callout bs-callout-default\">\n<h2><a href=\"https:\/\/www.med.unc.edu\/psych\/epi-nc\/for-clinicians-2\/cbtp-roadmaps\/cbtp-learning-community-materials\/\">CBTp Learning Community Materials<\/a><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<p>All resources referenced in the three CBTp roadmaps above can be found here.
