Dr. Harp is an Assistant Professor with UNC’s Center for Women’s Mood Disorders. Her current clinical focus includes working with women affected by mood symptoms (such as depression and anxiety) associated with pregnancy/birth, PMS, PMDD, infertility, fetal loss, and menopause. Additionally, she draws on her extensive training in acceptance-based Integrative Behavioral Couple Therapy (IBCT) to offer partner-assisted therapy in the Center and couples therapy through UNC Mental Health Specialists.
