\"\"Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Residency Application Requirements<\/h2>\n

We are thrilled you are interested in applying to the UNC Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship Program! Applications must be submitted through\u202f<\/span>ERAS<\/span><\/a>\u202fand are due by\u202f<\/span>September 1st<\/span><\/b>, with supporting documents due no later than\u202f<\/span>September 30th<\/span><\/b>.\u202f<\/span>Please note that applications are usually received during a resident\u2019s PGY-3 in anticipation of entry as a PGY-4.<\/span>\u202fOnce we have received your completed ERAS file, your application will receive careful consideration for an invitation to interview.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A completed application for residency will include:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. ERAS Common Application Form<\/span><\/a>;<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Curriculum Vitae;<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Personal Statement;<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Dean\u2019s Letter;<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Official Medical School Transcripts;<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. \u00a0<\/span>Official USMLE Transcripts;<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Official ECFMG Status Reports for all international medical graduates (applicants must have a\u202f<\/span>J-1 visa<\/span><\/b>\u202fas UNC Health Care does not sponsor H-1B visas);<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. Two (2) Letters of Recommendation from medical professionals (non-residents) with whom you have worked;<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  9. Letters from training directors of all current and\/or previous residency programs; and<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  10. Reprints or copies of articles that have been published or officially accepted for publication.<\/span>
