Brianne Tomaszewski, Ph.D., is an applied developmental scientist specializing in examining and promoting functional outcomes for individuals with developmental disabilities. She received her Ph.D. in Applied Developmental Science in the Department of Human Development and Family Studies from Colorado State University and a Master of Public Health from Michigan State University. She specializes in advanced quantitative methodology, and she completed her postdoctoral training in the Carolina Institute of Developmental Disabilities T32 Postdoctoral Training in Neurodevelopmental Disorders. She is currently an assistant professor at the University of North Carolina TEACCH Autism Program and statistician at the Frank Porter Graham Child Development Institute in the Data Management and Analysis Core. Her current work focuses on school-based transition, postsecondary, and community-based adult interventions for individuals with autism with and without intellectual disabilities and individuals with Down syndrome.\u00a0 She is co-PI on a randomized clinical trial of a community college program for young adults with autism.
