Silverstein, works part time as a clinical professor of Psychiatry at Child Psychiatry Outpatient Program on the Raleigh Campus of the UNC School of Medicine Department of Psychiatry.\u00a0 Currently, Elliot is also an adjunct professor at the UNC School of Law and has taught in Interviewing and Counseling and Negotiation since 2010. Previously, he had taught a course Interviewing, Counseling and Negotiation with Walker Blakey from 1986 until 2010.<\/p>\n<p>He graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and received his law degree from Harvard University, and\u00a0 a Ph.D. In Clinical Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
