Liles, MS, CRC, LPC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Penny Liles, MS, CRC, LPC is an<b> <\/b>IPS Consultant and Trainer with the Institute for Best Practices.\u00a0 She provides trainings around the IPS model to ACT and IPS teams in central and western North Carolina.\u00a0 She has more than seven years of experience in community mental health as an Employment Specialist on ACT and as an IPS Team Leader.\u00a0 She also has experience working with Vocational Rehabilitation as a Practicum Student.\u00a0 She was an active participant at the IPS Learning Collaborative with CenterPoint Human Services, leading discussions on how to use the Career Profile to build a Person Centered Plan and using Motivational Interviewing to discuss work values.\u00a0 She has presented on topics related to IPS at the NC APSE Conference, NC Rehabilitation Association Conference, and NC Beach Conference.\u00a0 Penny believes that employment should be an option for all people and hopes to promote employment as a vital part of
