She has had the opportunity to work with clients struggling with a variety of behavioral, emotional, and mental health challenges, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, interpersonal issues, and general life stresses.<\/p>\n<p>Over the years, she has been fortunate to see firsthand the powerful role that therapy can play in helping people to better understand themselves and those around them. For this powerful change to take place, Rachel believes therapy should be a safe place where people can express and process their thoughts and feelings. Rachel makes every effort to ensure her clients are met with empathy, authenticity, and unconditional acceptance. In order to help her clients reach their goals, she utilizes a client-centered, trauma-informed approach to therapeutic care.
