She specializes as a trauma therapist who is certified in EMDR. She has documented success at improving client functioning through diverse therapeutic modalities, including CBT, ACT, DBT, Behavioral Activation, CPT, mindfulness-based self-compassion, parts work, and grief counseling. She utilizes innovative clinical interventions to effectively treat diverse mental health conditions, including depression, generalized anxiety, stress\/burnout, suicidality, SIB, panic, specific phobias, insomnia, disordered eating, Bipolar Disorder, OCD, PTSD, C-PTSD, ADHD, and BPD. After graduating from Simmons University\u2019s School of School Work in 2016, she worked as an In-Home Family Therapist in inner city Boston.
