A typical clinical day for Dr. Hubbard involves use of evidence-based treatments such as behavioral, cognitive, and mindfulness-based therapies to treat PTSD, grief\/ loss, emotional outbursts, suicidal thoughts, OCD, panic, depression, anxiety, and experiential avoidance among perinatal and pediatric populations. He also provides parenting skills training through therapeutic play for those having challenges bonding with their children or experiencing challenges decreasing behavioral and emotional issues in their children.
