We are pleased to share that Danielle Stevens, PhD, of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, has been selected as a recipient of the Hunt Award in recognition of her innovative research project, “Corrected Age in Practice: Identifying At-Risk Preterm Children Through Multivariate Growth Modeling.”
Dr. Stevens’ work focuses on improving the identification of preterm children at increased risk of developmental challenges by applying advanced multivariate growth modeling techniques. This research has the potential to enhance clinical decision-making and support earlier, more targeted interventions for vulnerable pediatric populations.
The project was highlighted as part of the ECHO Opportunities and Innovation Fund (OIF) Round 3 Principal Investigators program, which supports groundbreaking research to advance child health outcomes and address critical gaps in pediatric care.
