Our nationally trained providers perform all diagnostic work involving the abdomen and pelvis. This includes interpretation of plain films, CT, US, and MRI and the performance of numerous fluoroscopic procedures and percutaneous ultrasound-guided biopsies each year. All CT scans are performed on 16, 40 or 64-slice multi-detector scanners that allow nearly immediate 3D renderings of the urinary tract, vascular system, lungs, and skeleton. For high-resolution work, a vascular imaging laboratory with dedicated technologists is available. MR imaging is performed on seven 1.5T units (not including mobile units) and two 3.0T machines.

To make a CT, US, or MRI appointment, please call 984-974-1884. For more information on the work of the Abdominal Imaging division with the Advanced Medical Imaging Lab, click here
